SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping in the U.S.
You will receive your order in four to seven business days from the date your order was placed. For earlier delivery, we'll be happy to expedite your shipping for an additional charge:
- Three business days via UPS will be $7.00 extra
- Overnight via FedEx will be $15.00 extra
For overnight delivery, orders must be submitted Monday through Friday by 11am ET. Overnight delivery orders placed on Thursday after 11am ET through Friday 11am ET will arrive on Monday. Overnight delivery orders placed on Friday after 11am ET and over the weekend will arrive on Tuesday. We do not offer overnight delivery to Alaska, Hawaii or to PO boxes. For shipments to Guam, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, Alaska, Hawaii or APO addresses, our standard is First Class mail through the United States Postal Service.
Note: Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for all Monogrammed and Personalized critter orders.
